RETURNS

We will gladly exchange or offer you a refund for any items that have arrived to you faulty or damaged.

Please keep in mind that this is subject to inspection, all items must be returned in their original condition – new, unworn/unwashed, along with the original packaging and proof of purchase within 7 days of delivery.

Returns should be posted via insured traceable mail in a secure package.

CANCELLATIONS AND 
AMENDMENTS

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or make any amendments to an online order after it has been placed.

Amendments may include but are not limited to:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Change to colours and sizes
  • Adding or removing items
  • Applying discounts 
  • Full order cancellations

Please ensure all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement.

 

PRE ORDERS

A pre order is an order placed for an item which is currently sold out or a new item coming soon.

The benefit of purchasing pre order items is that you will secure your item(s) without risking it becoming sold out shortly after we list it online. Demand can be very high on certain items and frequently they can sell out completely via pre order before they physically arrive in stock. We’d hate for you to miss out. So place your order to avoid disappointment.

It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a pre order.

When you pre order an item it is reserved exclusively for you.  The full purchase price is charged at the time of purchase.  

Please note that we have no control over when a pre ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates, generally between 1-4 weeks. This is due to the designers' production schedules, custom delays and any other circumstances beyond our control.  By placing your order with us you are agreeing to wait the pre order period.  We promise we will do everything we can to get your item(s) to you as fast as possible.


If you purchase a pre order and in stock item together, you're order will not ship till we receive the pre order items.  Please place two separate orders to avoid delay on the in stock items.

We will email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please allow 4 weeks before contacting us for an update.

Pre Orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed
