We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours Monday through to Friday. All items are shipped via Sendle or Australia post.

PLEASE NOTE SOME ITEMS ARE HANDMADE WITH LOVE THEREFORE PLEASE ALLOW 2-7 DAYS FOR THESE PIECES TO BE MADE.

WE OFFER REGULAR PARCEL POST SHIPPING WITH NO SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY OR EXTRA COVER.

Ownership of packages once shipped transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from Sendle/Australia Post along with your order from us, any shipping issues must be handled by Sendle/Australia Post. Signature on Delivery and Extra Cover is available on request to add to any order and is recommended for any order you can't afford to lose.  If you choose not to buy Extra Cover and your purchase is lost or damaged by Sendle/Australia Post, we cannot provide a refund.

In the case that your parcel is lost or damaged in transit; you are responsible to file the claim with Sendle/Australia Post. We are not responsible for lost packages during transit.

International orders: We are not responsible for any customs fees you may incur or for delays because of customs. We have no way of knowing if you will incur a customs fee or not. If you do we are not responsible and you will not be reimbursed. We cannot track packages shipped internationally once it leaves Australia.
